The two types of distiller's grains of the largest output in China are: white distiller's grains and beer grains, both containing high levels of protein and other nutrients. The principle of indirect heating is to transfer heat energy to a medium through a heat exchange gas. The medium circulates in a closed loop and is not in direct contact with the material being dried. Direct heating type vinasse dryer includes: fluidized bed dryer, belt dryer, low temperature and high air volume vinasse dryer. Traditional dryer is used for direct heating, the hot air is directly in contact with the wet material. Although the heat utilization rate is high, the high temperature also leads to the coking of the nutrients in the vinasse, thereby reducing the quality of vinasse.
