Clays here refer to a kind of small (<2 microm) plasticized aluminum silicate. Besides aluminum, clay also contains a small amount of magnesium, iron, sodium, potassium and calcium, which are important mineral raw materials. Based on its nature and usage, clay can be divided into ceramic clay, fire-resistant clay, brick clay and cement clay.

Due to its high viscosity, the ordinary dryer is hard to dry it and it's easy to stick again. ZJN drying equipment is specially designed with rotating rake device, which to scatter and spread the material into small sizes, and to make it fully contact with hot air. Combing with the function of W type guiding and lifting boards, the surface will instantly dry and form a material screen in drying unit. It efficiently prevents clay from bonding together.

In the whole drying process, the hot air volume and temperature in each drying cylinder are adjusted with the fluctuation of the clay moisture content. The machine is engineered to have wind volume and heating temperature corresponding with moisture of material to be dried. High humidity uses large air flow, high temperature; Middle humidity uses with medium air flow and temperature; low humidity uses low air volume and low temperature, so that the material is always under the ideal dry environment. It guarantees the full use of energy and heat, greatly improving the yield, also meeting different users’ requirements for particle size and moisture of dry clay.
