This dryer is specifically engineered for drying paper mill sludge. In drying process, the fiber property will be kept. But the Heavy metals and pathogens will be reduced.

Papermaking sludge is a bio-solid waste, which contains a large amount of cellulose-like organic matter and nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other plant nutrients.It also contains a little heavy metals and pathogens. According to this feature, we have developed this drying equipment for drying papermaking sludge to be agricultural fertilizer. The dried sludge can be directly used as a soil improver. It can also be composted and processed into organic compound fertilizer.
